• Shopify store data: product titles, descriptions, URLs, and SEO-related fields needed to run audits and apply fixes — accessed only with your permission via Shopify OAuth.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and diagnostic logs to improve the service.
• Contact data: information you submit through our contact form or support channels.

How we use your information

• Provide SEO and AEO audit functionality
• Generate and apply AI-suggested product optimizations
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Respond to support requests
• Improve product performance and reliability

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers required to operate ShelfAudit (hosting, authentication, AI processing) under contractual confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Data retention

We retain account and store data while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting hello@ayhanco.pk. Disconnecting your Shopify store revokes our API access immediately.

We use industry-standard encryption, secure authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we work continuously to protect your data.
